I did research on them as it was a couple of years since I purchased my last one. I even considered to buy directly from the Otterbox website. All of the new cases indicate they are screenless. I found this one on Best Buy and it didn’t indicate it was screenless and also had an image showing something that looked like a screen. Very disappointed and will probably look for a different product to protect my phones. Sorry Otterbox and Best But #EpicFail #DeceivingProductDescription

We decided to forego the built-in screen protector to allow direct, clear-cut access to your curved display. Including an integrated screen would hinder many of your phone's features. While we understand how this could feel more vulnerable, we assure you this case still went through extensive testing to earn its Certified Drop + Protection rating. Buttons come off
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The little rubber buttons that go over the iPhone buttons come off and get lost. Then you cannot control your iPhone. They ares sending a replacement but we will see if that works.
