I’ve owned 4 iPhones before the 11 Pro Max, and have never had a problem with the Defender. This case is as rugged as the last ones. I’ve even used the Defender on the 5 android phones I’ve owned. I’m glad it doesn’t have a plastic screen protector built in like the models before the X. I prefer the response of a good tempered glass for that purpose. As always, I’ll stick with the Defender.

This product is excellent iPhone drop protection.The belt clip is sturdy, too. Pickup one of the Zagg glass screen protectors while you're at it. The beauty of the glass and touch sensitivity will be preserved! The Best Buy cellular Reps put mine on for me and there aren't any bubbles anywhere. Well worth the money!

This is a awesome case..Ot firs well and really protects the phone

It protects the iPhone 11 Pro Max like it should. I love that they no longer have built in screen protectors, because it works out much better by adding an Armor Edge unit so you don’t get any at bubbles or dust / water under the screen protector. If I had one complaint I’d say put a circle in the back like the old ones so you can see the Apple logo on the back of the phone. I still give it a 5...

While hooking up to my boat I left my iPhone on bumper of my truck. Phone fell off on a major highway and even though it messed up the case the case protected my phone from any damage. It didn’t even have a scratch on my phone. Needless to say I purchased another identical case.

These cases aren't as thin as some others but they protect your phone from just about anything. I've used them for years and never had a phone or screen take damage. My only complaint is after a year or two the rubber stretches out or starts pealing off. I've had the one on my phone for 5 years, the rubber outer has stretched so much it barely fits and it looks terrible BUT my phone is in mint condition. Most people would have gotten a new phone and a new case by now. I still think they are worth the money and the rubber thing is acceptable for the most part, more than 2-3 years of constant use is probably a lot to ask.

Durable, great quality. Little heavy and bulky. But will protect your phone.

Love the color and the grippiness of the case, it is a bit heavier than my old case (life proof) but I wouldn’t swap it for that reason. My toddler can hold it easily and drops it less often than my old case. No worries here about the phone.

I tend to drop my iphone a lot, so this was a great choice to protect my iphone. It is very sturdy and I love the double protection.

Otter box case is a must have for all electronics and phones. They keep all of my devices damage free and blemish free. Don’t use the other brands because they don’t protect like Otterbox either and you have a 1 year warranty on the case too if it is damaged.

have never had a broken screen, never a broken phone, best drip was about 12 over stair railing onto cement side walk, sim card was ajar , not even a single scratch , i can toss my phone onto the kitchen counter and no, it wont slide off , and i personally love the grip that the rubber exterior shell gives, 9 years and 4 phones later, best dura case in the world
