As always the quality and service at best buy in St Matthews Is top notch as is with the products, even when refurbished like my IPhone 11. It’s smaller than what I was using (XR) so with my big thumbs I’m making a lot of mistakes but I am extremely have with the money I saved

This is a great case and has a good feel to it. Tough and rugged. Does exactly what it’s name says, defend. This is my 5th defender case and has been great for me each and every time.

The product is everything it says it is protects the phone from damage and dropping. I’ve had one of these before and it took four years to wear out. So I re-bought the product again.

I definitely like the feeling of this case compared to the one I had on my Xs. Feels lighter and the texture on the back makes it easier to hold. Not a huge fan of the holster just yet. A little hard to get in and out.

Yes, I'm a big fan of these cases. I've tried buying other similar cases that were cheaper, but they just never had the same quality as the Otterbox brand. I've had one for my last 5 phones and iPads!

Love my otter box cover for my iPhone. My husband insisted I get it. Though my phone is older. I did drop it on vacation and it was not damaged.

Keeps it safe! Only thing when I go to take a photo or use the flashlight I have to take it out of the case! Otherwise it’s great, I hope the belt clip doesn’t snap!

So far so good with this cover. My husband and I have always liked the otter box durability. He is pretty rough on his phones and this cover stands up well to it’s promise.

I never consider any other case for my phones. Over the years OtterBox Defender cases have been the only ones I've used. The staff at Best Buy were very helpful and I got in and out really fast!
