The Ottterbox -Devender is very heavy duty but a little bulky.

The case is not a very close or tight fit for the phone. The iPhone 11 Pro fits in the case, but it's a lot looser than other OtterBox cases I've had in the past. I would not recommend this case at all.

I love otterbox cases for protecting phones, but I hate how hot phones get while charging. I hate having to take my case off for every charging.

The case did not fit my iPhone 10 as the associate said it would.

Already broke the zagg screen protector because this newer otter box doesn’t include screen protection. Very disappointed

This didnt fit my new iPhone 11 Pro. It came to the point where I would have to of forcefully fit the phone in it and I didnt want to break my phone so I returned this case.

Somebody sent me the wrong size!!!! Spoke to customer service and the only thing they can do is refund my money! But I lost a good deal because they are out of stock!!!!

This is the best protection available. It's a bit bulky but it is what I need to protect my cellphone while cycling.

The case offers excellent protection. I used mine for a year. The trade off is that like most Otterbox cases, it is very bulky. I put this on an 11 and it made it near the same size as a 11 Max.

Fit just like it said it would, it is a great case!

Lasted one year and a half of heavy usage. I bought this one because the box said more durable. I haven’t experienced that unless I was too rough with it. My phone has fallen on different surfaces-concrete, tile, wood, etc.- during this time. So, to be fair, maybe durable doesn’t include the above. But for $50, this is not what I expected. The case started pealing around the edges. The texture of the case doesn’t stay rugged like it is out of the box. Now the outer frame cracked and the phone won’t sit securely in the case. I bought a second one to see if it was my accidental drops that caused it to deteriorate or if the quality is the issue. I will give an update after some time with it. The reason for three stars is because after all the drops and dings, my iphone was virtually unmarked and looks like mint condition!

Works like it should. I had one before and the cover that covers the charge fell off.

Gets the job done, unfortunately made in China. Would prefer and pay up for one Made in USA.

This cover is so stiff we couldn’t even get the phone to fit in the cover.

Add me to the growing list of badly disillusioned customers who were deceived by this product. There is no screen protector included, despite that screen protection is listed in the description, as well as showing it in the pictures. They changed the packaging as well, adding "screenless edition" to the new box. Shame on all around for not keeping the product info current, and shame on me for trusting them.
