I’ve always bought otter boxers but I’ll probably

But this new otter box has zero screen protection. I actually use the otter box as I run with phone daily. My last otter box protected my phone 7 for three years. However I cracked my phone 11 screen at 2 weeks with this one. It’s a joke, save yourself the trouble and go with a different brand.

We decided to fore-go the built-in screen protector because including one would hinder functions of your curved display. While we understand why your recent experience may lead you to believe otherwise, we assure you we put forth every effort - from design and materials to manufacturing and post-production testing - to avoid such disheartening outcomes. However, there are simply some variables that are out of our control and we can't guarantee all exposure to risk is eliminated with the use of our cases.
Although we cannot extend our warranty to your Apple Device, we would love to send you a brand-new case if it was also damaged in the process. Please feel free to give us a call at 1-855-688-7269 and we'll set that up with grace and haste.

Best Protection on the market!

Can’t say that about their competitors. Like the non slick cover. Left my phone on my Suburban rear bumper drove 21 miles and it was still there. Customer service has been great they have replace the belt clip without any problems. One of the best iPhone case, available.
