When I tried to return (purchased online) I was told that it was one day too late to return even though the purchase was only made two weeks before. When requested to be connected to manager was put on an extended hold and gave up waiting. Had to travel 45 minutes to a store and had no problem returning it. Poor customer service on line and it was ridiculous that I had to take to store.

No directions with it. Not easy to figure out.

I tried calling the toll free # Saturday.. they aren't open for support!! I had no idea the case came apart into pieces that had to be put on one at a time. I am surprised I did not break my brand new expensive phone trying to get / force it into the case. Then I found a youtube video done by some Tom, Dick, or Harry showing how to do it in a way that was far from clear to understand. This rating reflects: 1.) their lack of any type directions in or on the box or on their website; and 2.) lack of weekend availability for direction support

The sales person looked for the one that fit my phone and just handed it to me. I got home and it was for use with a belt. The way it opened, it would have been impossible for me to answer in a timely manner. She gave me the one that had to slid out before you could answer it. It also had a belt clip-on which would have been impossible to use. I am going to return it for it absolutely would not work. Two stars reflect my inability to use that configuration of a case. For those who need it, it would likely be a much better rating.

The quality is reduced each time. Now it doesnt include a screen protector and is $10 more than they used to be. Guess I will be trying Life Proof.

After extensive design testing, our engineers determined that the best way to interact with this advanced display was without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, our tests have show that this case is just as protective as past Defenders. Additionally, that case is totally compatible with Amplify and Alpha Glass.
As for the price difference you're seeing, this is the Defender Series Pro case, so it is slightly different than the standard Defender Series case, as it is made with antimicrobial properties to keep your phone protected from common bacteria.

I have a case/screen saver on another phone and it's so much easier then trying to lay a screensaver down on the screen yourself
