Didn't have all 4 parts that is in the picture

Then we got it returned and they sent another one out. Customer Service PROMISED it would have all 4 parts. Again it didn't have the front screen cover. My sister took it to the Verizon store. She ending up buying a front screen cover then put the rest of the case on her iPhone. So, we are disappointed.

The TV didn’t work after Installation.

When I contacted Otterbox, the protector they sent was too small for the phone screen. I am still dealing with them to get this problem resolved. Very frustrating.
