    The 2 stars are due to the quality of service I received. The associate did not properly explain or set the 1100.00 phone I purchased. He was rushed and uncaring. My new phone does not work like I would like it to. I would not buy another phone from Best Buy.

    Son dropped phone one month after buying this case and the case was fine but the back of phone is shattered!

    Not Useful if you can't Install It

    Very solid, but very frustrating. I've not yet figured out how to get my iPhone 11 into the case. The very limited picture version of a 5-step install make no sense, is small, and are not at all helpful. I bought this because it has a dust plug for the charging port. I did learn that my phone's emergency system gets triggered by trying to install this case because of all of the pressure on the phone case. Will take to BB to see if a tech can do it.

    Although the case is okay for otterbox, it is no Lifeproof. Although they are made at the same company, Lifeproof is definitely a better case.

    I installed the phone in the case without checking to see if all the ports were accessible. After a week I found there was no access for my headset.

    Difficult purchase.

    I had difficulty getting to your web site and it took a couple of days to place an order. Then I wanted to change my order from store pick up to have it delivered. I was told I could not my order to have it delivered. After that delay, it two weeks to have the TV installed. Your system could not handle a holiday sale.

      Our engineers redesigned the Defender Series in order to provide the same drop protection even without the built-in screen protector or an extra glass screen protector. The addition of the Alpha Glass provides your phone with premium protection and outperforms our previous Defender Series designs.     My findings of this case is that it does not have a kick stand and that is the main reason I bought this case. I will take it back to the store and see if someone can assist me with purchasing one that is not defective.

When it comes to the kickstand feature on the holster, If you look at the part that actually clips onto your belt, you should see a small lip on the spring-end near the hinge. If you press down there, it should lock out the clip into a stand! If that doesn't help, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you taken care of.
