Not Useful if you can't Install It

I've not yet figured out how to get my iPhone 11 into the case. The very limited picture version of a 5-step install make no sense, is small, and are not at all helpful. I bought this because it has a dust plug for the charging port. I did learn that my phone's emergency system gets triggered by trying to install this case because of all of the pressure on the phone case. Will take to BB to see if a tech can do it.

Difficult purchase.

Then I wanted to change my order from store pick up to have it delivered. I was told I could not my order to have it delivered. After that delay, it two weeks to have the TV installed. Your system could not handle a holiday sale.

Our engineers redesigned the Defender Series in order to provide the same drop protection even without the built-in screen protector or an extra glass screen protector. The addition of the Alpha Glass provides your phone with premium protection and outperforms our previous Defender Series designs. When it comes to the kickstand feature on the holster, If you look at the part that actually clips onto your belt, you should see a small lip on the spring-end near the hinge. If you press down there, it should lock out the clip into a stand! If that doesn't help, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you taken care of.
