Additionally, after putting it on my phone, everyone I talk to — and I do mean EVERYONE — complains that the call keeps breaking up. I wonder if this OtterBox model is not compatible with the iphone 11 using 5G.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with that Defender Series screenless design. After exhaustive design testing, our engineers determined that the best way to interact with the advanced screen of your display was without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, our tests have shown that this case provides the same level of drop protection as past Defender Series cases. It's odd to hear that people are having trouble hearing you during phone calls though. If removing and reinstalling your case doesn't help, feel free to call us at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you a replacement case.

Another great feature as it will wireless charger on my Charger & in my Ram 1500. Even sweeter deal, thanks again Otterbox.

I have gotten one for every phone I have had and have never had any issues with the OtterBox products. When the OtterBox outlast the phone, to me that’s a great product!

All my other otter-boxes lifted at the edge of that circle because I constantly touch there but I don’t think I’ll have that problem of wear n tear anymore with this one!
