Due to nature of my work I wear it horizontally, and a couple of times when bending over the clip holding the phone in has released and the phone has fallen out to the ground.

At this point the person appears to be happy with it.

Would have given 5 stars but it was for my XR phone and camera opening was for the 11. Wish they made one for both so the opening wa smaller but it worked.
