After exhaustive design testing, our engineers determined that the best way to interact with the advanced screen of your display was without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, our tests have shown that this case provides the same level of drop protection as past Defender Series cases. We appreciate your feedback about your struggles with removing and installing your OtterBox, and we'll be sure to pass it up the ladder to our design team.
