I've used OtterBox products for as long as I've had Apple devices with no damages to any anything. The only draw back is I don't see a way to use an ancillary keyboard as the 3 contacts are covered by the case. Since I have no intention of using a keyboard with my iPad this isn't an issue for me.

He seems to really enjoy it and it seems to be of pretty quality. I made sure to put in an Otterbox case as soon as it left the box. I am very pleased with Apple products in general. For this kind of money I think they should've included it and let the customer determine if they want one or not. I wish I had noticed this detail before ordering. Its not enough of a deal breaker to return so we will keep these and roll the dice.
