Poor Quality new design

Cut Outs Didn’t Line Up with iPad

The camera lens is partially covered so pictures have a black line. Some buttons were accessible , not microphone . Taking it back. Also putting it on was not intuitive.

Won't buy another Otter product!

Posted .Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with access to your iPad charge port while using the Defender Pro Series case. Is it the original Apple lightning cable that you're struggling with? Although we aren't able to test for or guarantee compatibility with all of the various third-party accessories available these days, that one should work just fine with the case. In addition, we make a number of cables that will also bridge the gap.

Doesn’t fit !
