It takes me 5 mins to figure it out, so Otter Box you are so welcome! 1. removed the soft sleeve 2. unsnapped the hard case 3. place your ipad and inside the hard case and secure it 4. cover the hard case with the soft sleeve. done! If you are new to Otterbox product they are good product, they just suck at instruction. ;-)

We only buy Otterbox for our iPads at work because of how tough they are. Though even an Otterbox will not save your device if it falls from a ladder on a second-story building. The cover, that the case fits in, was my favorite feature. The stand is great for when I'm watching a show. However, there are little plastic tabs in the "cover" where your apple pen is supposed to be secured. Unfortunately, those broke less then 60 after my purchase and can no longer hold the pen.

There are absolutely no instructions or mention of how to find help. You need to go onto Youtube and watch. Has to be broken down into multiple pieces and you will need a small screwdriver. I saw someone tried to install without breaking into pieces and cracked the screen on their new iPad. How hard would it be to include instructions or a link. Also, Pro model does NOT come with a screen protector, even some models do.

You are absolutely correct, the Defender Series case for this iPad offers built in screen protection, while the Defender Pro Series case does not have a built in screen protector to allow it to pair perfect with any of our screen protector offerings for the device.
