They perform consistently and with a good life expectancy -especially around firemen who can break anything. <g>

The earlier design only lasted about 3 years before starting to deteriorate, and it was difficult to keep screen clean. The new design allows easy screen cleaning and seems to be more rugged.

Almost impossible to lift off floor with one hand. No edge to get hold of. Maybe tiny fingers or long finger nails. I have paws

My only negative would be that the edges of the case are not smooth, and it can be uncomfortable if you’re holding it for a long period of time.

Tough but Somewhat Inconvenient

The instructions for use are minimal, and getting the cover separated from the case is not an easy task. There is a piece that is made to come off one side, and can be reinserted, but I did not see what its purpose is. I’d recommended it with the above qualifiers. I might look a bit more before purchasing it again, but do like the OtterBox product line in general.

The door for where the pen gets charged falls off when you open it to charge the pen. It does snap back in but it’s annoying.
