Have not been to store to return is it too late? The correct one came later in the weeks and the only reason a one star not my size and canceling should be a more cut and dry process in an allotted time frame.

Distraction keeping top and keyboard together

The side plastic piece keeps popping off and is very flimsy. The rubber seal also starts to peel back from the screen side. I bought the otter box because it’s always been really good. However this iPad is for my son for school work and I feel that it’s just not a good design at all. It is definitely a flaw that should be re-worked. I’ll be getting another iPad soon for our daughter but will not be getting the otter box.

I’ve used Otterbox covers for my iPhones with no issues, but this is certainly not as robust!
