No cracks at all! I also recently spent 2 weeks in Africa and the case was put through its paces in very rough environments. Absolutely no damage to my phone at all. There is 1 negative that cost it a star - This case is supposed to work with the wireless charging pads. It does but only sometimes. I have bought newer and different types of these charging pads and I get the same result. It works sometimes, but I often have to play with repositioning the phone on the pad before charging begins. In any case, I highly recommend this case.

We suggest sticking with wireless chargers manufactured by Samsung or using our OtterSpot wireless charging system to get the best results. An additional tip that may help is using a flat charger, as these will be more successful with the Defender Series Pro case.
