I use this case for my work phone and it has proven it self time and time again so when my phone case for my personal phone got old and ugly i decided to get one for it my kids have dropped my phone and it escaped the fall unharmed

Works perfectly no issues with the biometrics but it was not easy to install the tray they gice you doesnt allow you to place the screen on all 4 holes only 2 and it leaves 1/4-1/2 cm to short and we purchased 2 and they both did it in each phone but we haven't had any issues

Feels great holding the phone with the case on and it's simplistic design looks good.

I made my daughter get this for her phone because she has never spent this much money on a phone and it needed to be protected. I trust otter boxes. They have a good reputation and they stand behind there name. So far so good. She loves it and the phone is protected.

I've always enjoyed the Otterbox but this does not have a screen protector.

I needed a new phone and was already a Samsung user so I wanted to keep with the same brand for ease of use. The S20 Note operating system and menus are very close to my S8 but have several improved settings, menus and options. I'm glad I upgraded.

This is a good case. I only use OtterBox for all of my smartphone buys.

Thought it was going to be too bulky, but it's actually the perfect size for adequate protection and slipping in and out of your [pants/jeans] pocket! And the holster is an added plus for its practical utility and doubling as a stand.

I have always bought and used otter products religiously. Overall, they have always protected my phones excluding my last one where the back cover shattered by a corner impact. Still, I do trust them. My only issue now is that I don't see any other color options as in prior phones. It seems the apple phones get these options.

I love this case. When I say it is a tough case I mean it. I had one on my old phone and had actually ran over my phone with the car and the screen didn't crack at all. So when I got a new phone I flew to get another Otterbein

Nice strong case for the sale price especially. Also nice features. I have small hands so it was a bit too big with the Note 20 for me to hold. I unfortunately returned it but would buy again for a smaller phone.
