After all it's an OTTERBOX, getting out of my car the case fell less than a foot and broke the corner of the case off. I have purchased $18 cases that have taken more damage and lasted far longer. So I am gonna have to say "No dog on this one", not worth the price..

It's a fine line between maximum protection and a streamlined design...
Although we feel like we've hit pretty close to the mark with the Defender Pro Series, we were sorry to hear that the case was still feeling a bit too substantial for your needs and taste. The good news is that we've got some other case models, such as the Commuter and Symmetry Series that are lower in overall profile which might be just what you're after!

Not sure if this is a warranty exchangable item. Ive spent over $120 now. Luckily o caught it on sale a few times. Each purchase was made at Best buy.

Best Buy problem, not Otterbox

When my daughter proudly took the picture of my purchase, i saw the packaging was torn opened without any respect for anything that may have been inside. She thought everything was there...I don't know what comes in these other than the case. I could not tell if the product inside the box was the defender or a cheaper product from Otterbox. I had to compare it online. Very poor pride of the store, poor customer service for not trying to make it look good or explain things. The computer said there was more but Best Buy wanted to unload the one someone opened to an unexpecting customer.
