Great product, poor instructions.

Every time I got a new phone (every 2 to 3 years) I pick up the case for protection. This time the instructions for installation was pathetic. A few illustrations no words to describe what those illustrations meant. So I went to their website. Guess what? Nothing on the Note 20! I had to figure out from their video on the Note 10 how yo get my phone into their case. We are in America, please put some English instructions for your product!!!
