You also can't get the fingerprint scanner to work very well so if you are looking to get the finger print scanner to work do not buy this case.

Great design, skinner than original Defender case
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have used many Otterbox Defender cases. From my very first Galaxy S3 to the current Note 20 Ultra. So far I noticed the weakness in the original Defender case is the rubber will get loose around the camera lens. So far my two Defender Pro cases are holding up perfectly. One is around a year old and the note 20 only a few weeks. We shall see in the long run.
