The Samsung Note20 Ultra is a very nice phone. All the new features are very nice and easy to use. Also transferring the data from my Note8 was easy and a fast process over all. I would recommend this phone to other people. I also like that with this new phone i can add an SD card too

Protects good just overpriced in my eyes. And nothing protects the curved screen

I bought several brands of cases for my new Note 20 Ultra to compare. The Otterbox Defender Pro far and away felt the most secure in my hand owing to the soft rubber covering the entire case. I could put my thumb on the top front edge of the bezel to hold the screen without touching the screen, and the rubber and plastic held firm. The case also fills out the back of the phone nicely and allows you to set the whole phone + case down flat on a table with no side to side rocking as you touch the screen. BUT, and there's a big BUT that lowers my review from 5 stars to 3 stars and caused me to return the case. The side edges of the case are LOWER than the glass screen itself. There is absolutely no screen protection if the case's top and bottom bumps don't hit first. This makes for great drop protection on perfectly flat surfaces, but that's the extent of it. The rounded screen edge is a nightmare to protect against and still leave edge swiping usable, so I am glad to hear reports that the next generation of Samsung phones will finally do away with rounded screen edges.

Once again, Otterbox hasn't let me down with their defensive case against shocks

I have used Otter Box for many years and have had very good service from them. They have protected my phones very well and I have dropped a phone on concrete before and it did not damage the phone. I do not see any reason that this Otter Box will not serve me as well as the others.

I've had other phone cases but this otter box is the best overall. I had my note8 for 3 years without insurance on it using the otter box and have never had to get my phone fixed. Now that I have the note 20 ultra. I won't have to put out the extra $15 a month for insurance so the $60 is well spent.

I like the OtterBox Defender. It adds a lot of protection for my phone.

Need serious help to add email and learn other things about it. It is totally different from iphone but I will never buy another apple product because they did an update on my phone that crashed it and take NO RESPONSIBILITY for it. Well they lost my business... I still need to come back in and talk to the Samsung guy who was great.. All Best Buy people are excellent....

The staff was outstanding i had changed phones in 3 days with sprint and they exchanged my Otterbein and my clear shield to fit my new one.would go to best buy every time because of there great customer service!!!! Great job ladies and gentlemen in the return dept.!!!

Just wish it had came with a screen protector but a great case.

Go easy to handle tough cover protects the casing of the phone.

I have used OtterBox cases for many many years now and without fail I might add.. I have had them on all of my cell phones within minutes of removing them from the box. I have NEVER broken a phone nor glass while using an OtterBox case and it comes with a lifetime warranty!

Way to bulky for a big phone like note 20 ultra and very overpriced. Doesn't feel comfortable in your hand, however I do think it probably will save the phone from a drop
