otterbox cases consistently beat every other one I try. I am ROUGH on my note 8, 9 and now the 20 ultra. Like drop them from 30 feet, use in the snow and sleet, -30 below to 120 degrees plus, drop a steel pair of pliers from 4 foot on to the phone type of rough. Otterbox holds up true every round and this one is no exception. Great quality.

Doesn't stay in belt clip as well as my galaxy s10 did.

Case is pretty heavy but seems to secure the phone well.

Love otterbox products. Never had any issues with them. They have a lifetime replacement policy that is simple to use if you manage to destroy your phone case. Only wish they would come with the built in screen protector like the older cases used to have.

Great case for protection but its got so much grip that i actually broke one of the plastic pieces by pushing the bottom of it sliding into my pocket. Still works but had to ditch it adds alot of size to a already big phone

So far I have to say I love this phone. Have had nothing but a great experience and will continue to purchase samsung through best buy. They were very helpful in helping me determine the right phone for me and that were on point. Thank you

While a good strong case, the main drawback for me was it was hard to access the top notification, because the edge of the case covers the beveled edge of the phone. Making it fairly difficult to pull down the notification bar. I returned it for another brand.

Otter box, quality name brand phone protector as you would expect. Not sure exactly about the reveal in the perimeter around the cameras on the back side, seems like the cameras are too much exposed but so far i have not had any issues.

Good phone case as usual for any otterbox phone case.

Typical Otterbox quality. I like the fact that this case at least comes out flush with the ridiculously large camera hump Samsung decided to go with on Ultra this year. Looks like it would have been simple for Otterbox to incorporate a kickstand in this case easily, but they didnt. A bit overpriced for what you get.

I am a loyal customer to OtterBox and have purchased the defender Pro Series for all my phones for the last 10 yrs. They have treated me well with their warranty program. As I do have my accidents occasionally and they have taken care of me.

I have used Otterbox for my previous phones and it has never let me down. I especially love the defender series as it comes with a belt clip, making it handy for when I'm working in the warehouse. Definitely recommend this brand to all!

I've had several Otterbox cases and they drive me crazy whenever I tried to plug my headset in to them. But now that the Note 20 is bluetooth only, I don't have the option to plug my headphones in. So with this case that is no longer an issue.

Love Otterbox case. I have owned Otterbox cases for my cellphone cases for many years. They have very easy replacement, if you have any issues. The Best Buy associate was absolutely excellent and he put the Otterbox case on my new phone.

So far so good - I used to have the Note 8 and, although I haven't had a lot of time to explore the Note20, it is just what I expected - love it and especially having a pen and the ability to increase memory with a micro card

I purchased an Otterbox for my new phone and I absolutely love it! The kickstand feature is an extra bonus! This comes in handy when I am watching videos on my phone while working on my laptop! Its a little bulky but it does the job!

I bought two different wireless chargers for my phone and they don't work, or barely work with this thick case. It will show that it's charging but only get like one or two percent charged in like 30 minutes. Protects the phone well though.

I'm satisfied with this model being it still has SD slot and pen. The only negative is it don't have the concert hall audio Bluetooth sound. Otherwise I'm very happy with the Note 20 Ultra 5G

He has not broke his phone yet. We try to only buy the otter box brand for the kids. They are older. But that means they work and play hard. Have kids that drop the phones too. Otter boxes work as hard as them.
