Always good, I've been using them for a long time. The design gets better for every Note model. It gets expensive because know you have to buy a separate screen protector but the end result is a really durable phone.

Well I've bought the Otter Box defender case on my last 4 phone.My opinion is it is the best protection for my phone.Since I now have the galaxy note 20 ultra 5g at a price of 1300$ the Otterbox is the only way to go

Strong durable and very much reliable. Adds great weight balance to phone. I think phone cases cost way more than they should. I guess they feel if i can buy an expensive phone i can overpay for an case.

This product protects your phone like no other case i work in a high volume catering kitchen and drop my phone from time to time and have no problems still works like brand new everytime

This is an awesome case. I work in construction and needed something durable and this is it! I use my phone constantly in my workplaces in all types of conditions. We use otterbox for our ipads too. Love it!

I've been using Otterbox defender cases with my Samsung Notes for years. They are not indestructible but they are better than the competition. Customer service is also excellent.

It is a great cover, really military grade, Unbreakable, i you have the tempered glass in the same quality you throw your phone out of the window and don't need to be worry about!!

I bought item because it was a great case for my note 9. When I got the new note 20 ultra it was a great case the only downside was is the pop socket would not stick to it other than that it's a great case

I've always been a huge fan of otter box cases. They've always lasted me the entire life cycle of whatever phone I have.

it protects the phone perfectly. my husband works in construction and he has dropped his phone quite a lot and when he removed the phone to clean it up the phone is in perfect condition

I transitioned from a Note 10+ so not a whole lot of improvements. The 5G is still limited coverage in my area but is a nice feature. The s notes upgrade is also nice. Over all a nice phone.

I've always been a huge fan Otter Box, They never failed me. The case design is very nice and tough texture to prevent slipping out of hands. It doesn't make your phone look bulky either.

The only time Ive not damaged my phone was when its been in an Otterbox. The best money Ive spent when it came to my phone. Any phone.

This case seems to be very sturdy (as were all of the previous Otter Box products I purchased before this one). It's not very easy to open, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I like this model for the antimicrobial properties especially now. Hope this case lasts longer than previous Otterbox that let my phone crack. Not the screen, but the back of the phone.

Almost always been happy with Otterbox. This is probably my 6th case from them. Happu they removed the scrwen cover. Wish they had little more edge protection though.

The case offers good drop protection for the phone. I know that for sure, because it has fallen out of the holster at least 2 dozen times since bought it. I'm pretty annoyed about this. I've had it fall out 3x in a row, and each time I carefully replaced the phone in the holster and verified that it was snugly seated with no obstructions etc. And then it fell out again as soon as I turned around. I never had a problem with the defender pro for my Note 10, so either I have a defective unit or this is bad design.

Best protective case in the world hands down. Customer service is great, they replaced my old note 9 case after using it for 2 years because the rubber stretched, no questions asked
