It protects the phone well from all the times it falls out of the hip holster for no reason. The hip holster clip is so weak that even walking will cause your phone to detach from it. Never had this problem woth the otterbox for my note 10+. And of course if the case takes an impact and your phone doesnt break (luckily mine hasnt broke) then your screen protector is going to be peeling up at the edges from the impact having squished in the edge of the case. Good thing the screen protectors are lifetime replacement by bestbuy. Only reasons this gets anything other than a 0 star is you cant give it a 0 start, and it actually had protected my device. But it wouldn't have needed protection in the first place if not for the poor design in the first place.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Defender Series holster! Due to the placement of the button on your device, the latch for the holster was not able to be centered on the phone. That belt clip is designed to latch into those small notches that poke through the outer slipcover of your case. If that still doesn't provide a secure hold, feel free to call us at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you a replacement belt clip.
