Prone to breakage? Volume controls stick

As of today they're both broken. The hard piece, right by the pen. It has been pretty good in general, not too bulky. But for both cases to be broken, and then my volume controls have started to stick but don't stick when it's out of the case.

Although we pride ourselves on making the most protective products available to help safeguard one's investment, they aren't necessarily designed to be indestructible in and of themselves so much as they're intended to absorb the brunt of any impacts that might otherwise cause greater problems. As long as those two devices have emerged from any and all drops unscathed, we'll still call it a win and get straight to the task of helping to get you set up with a couple of brand-new warranty replacements.

Durable but bulky
