I think it is a fluke. I have had the clips before and have not had this issue.

I have used this same style case for many phones now. This one is on a Samsung Note 20 Ultra ... I think I paid around $1500 for my phone so you can imagine how disappointed I was when recently I stopped at one of those places in mall to get new screen protector installed. They took my phone out of case in front of me and showed me that the back was broken! I dont recall dropping phone but I must have. Still.. I buy these expensive cases to protect my expensive phone. Phone still works so I guess it did its job but dang.. year old and already cracked... really bummed

I HATE THAT TGEY MOVED THE PHYSICAL BUTTONS TO RIGHF SIDE OF PHIONE making one handed operation harder. I've had every note and this doesn't feel like an upgrade

Never had a problem. I just got the note 20 ultra 5g which is very expensive phone and the otterbox does not feel tight and it makes noises when touch certain spots and its pissin me off. I paid alot of money for the phone and the case. My last phone the note 9 the otterbox was perfect nice and tight the clip was tight but not this one. Idk I guess I'm either taking it back and maybe it's just this one or I'm going with another brand. Definitely does not feel the same.
