Ireturned it for $64 refund. What a waste of time. Looking a new phone case.

Posted .We can't even imagine how your new Galaxy device suffered such damage before you even got it truly fired up and in use. Was there some type of impact that occurred while it was covered with the OtterBox Defender Pro Series case?

Posted .We're sorry to hear you somehow ended up with the wrong OtterBox! This one was specifically made for use with the Galaxy S21 FE 5G, is that not what you're currently using? Samsung does make a variety of S21 devices (S21, S21 FE, S21+, and S21 Ultra), so it can get a bit confusing for sure.
