THIS PRODUCT SUCKS! Not worth the $130-$150 I SPENT ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE I BOUGHT! If you must know yes this $1,500.00 Ipad 12.9 pro did break in this Otter box. Not a great product for the price. Don’t make the same mistake I made & buy this garbage! Wish I could have given it less than a poor rating!

I’ve had the otter box on my iPad Pro (for about a year now) and I have not had any detrimental damages. The only cons I can think of are the air bubbles and expensive cost. I’ve noticed air bubbles on the touch screen after several weeks of installing the otter box. Even if you re-install the otter box cover on to the iPad, the air bubbles are inevitable to remove.

I unfortunately had some pop stoppers fall on the screen during a recording session and it shattered the screen. So much for screen protection....

Not made for this iPad

But.... the plastic screen protector deteriorated the image quality and that silky smooth glass, making navigating no different than my regular iPad. The charging spot for the pencil... it works but it’ll be the first to tear off the case, as it’s held on by two thin pieces of rubber. But what made me return it was the cover. It has two angles and they’re absolutely horrible. It’s either straight up or an awkward 20 degrees, and neither hold the iPad secure, especially the straight up. The final straw was the pencil holder, it was obvious that it was designed for the 1st gen pencil, heck it even has a picture of the first gen pencil. But it does NOT hold the pencil in place. It will wedge tightly as it slides up and out to one end of the depression made to be the holder but invert the cover and it just falls out, it also just rattled around with the cover closed. Why is is so hard to find a good case?
