The Otterbox is the best case on the market to protect tablets against the abuse kids dish out. This case has withstood drops, protects the screen against scratches, and fits like a glove. I highly recommend this case to protect your iPad against your kids!

I picked this case up for my 6 year old's iPad 2. Best decision i made. This case adds weight but the protection is unbeatable. So many fake cases going around on the internet so I'm glad that I picked up the case from a trusted retailer like Best Buy.

I have always trusted Otter Box to protect my iPhone's and when the Apple cover on my iPad had seen better days I knew it was time to head to Best Buy and pick up an Otter Box iPad Defender case. Perfect fit, rugged, best protection hands down.

This cover has very nice fabric. There are ridges for it to stand and twists so it can stand up and down (searching Internet), or sideways (watching movies). My toddler uses and drops it a lot and has stayed protected every time!

Case fits perfect on my 3rd generation iPad. I like the functionality of the cover doubling as a stand. Only issue I have with it (and a minor one at that), is if you need to remove it from the case for any reason, it is difficult to unlatch the locking tabs. bent one of my fingernails backwards trying. You may have to get creative and find a tool that will work well.

I like this case because of Otterbox's quality. What I like about it is that it is sturdy, and is made tough to provide all around great protection to the iPad, and is easy to handle. What I don't like about it is that it is a little bit of a chore to put it on the iPad; and you just about have to figure it out on your own, since they don't include good instructions. As a stand, the detachable plastic cover doesn't give you enough viewing angles; and when attached to the back of iPad it blocks the camara lens. Another feature I'd like to have on this case is a place to carry business cards, as well as a place to carry a stylus. Although there are a few draw backs to this case (such as being pricey), I highly recommend it. I chose this over the Lifeproof Nuud case which is far more expensive, and has a higher percentage of negative reviews.

Little heavy and little bulky but durable and good protection.

I use my iPad at work, they gym, and at home. The stand is fantastic at work for keeping a news feed up on my desk or typing emails to my personal accounts quickly. At the gym, I use an app to track my workout and the case keeps my iPad safe from dings and scratches, as well as providing a good traction surface for me to grab it. All in all I have always been a defender series fan, and this is another excellent addition to the case line. If you want to keep your iPad out of harms way, this is an excellent investment.

looked all over for a case for my I Pad and finally bought this one from Best Buy and this case is the BEST...Really like the feature of how it has its own stand for ease of use in watching movies! Love it

Yes these otter box cases for the iPad are awesome. They protect 100% and even have these little handy dandy fold up so that you don't have to hold your iPad up while playing games or watching a movie.

This case is awesome! The screen cover protects from splashes and minor spills. The front cover can be flipped upside down and used to prop up the iPad at two different angles. When the front cover is snapped on, I can toss my iPad into my bag and go about my business - I know that NOTHING will scratch or crack my iPad! The case is not burdensome or bulky. I think everyone should have this!

This product makes my iPad feel like it's wrapped in a vault. However I haven't been able to find a mic stand holder that it will fit into. I have to remove it when I'm playing a gig.

The OtterBox fit my wife's iPad perfectly. The quality is exactly what I would expect from OtterBox. The built-in screen protector and the removable protective cover are excellent features.

This is a great case for protecting your iPad. I trust my son with the iPad when it is in the case as well. If it gets dropped, the case is extremely durable and will take a beating.

I but the Otterbein cases for my field crews who are in rough situations and constantly in and out of trucks. Saved me for buying new units several times. I will keep buying.

Purchased Otterbox cover for work iPad. Have an Otterbox on iPhone and it's done a great job protecting and ensuring that my phone remains in perfect condition. This Otterbox is proving to work the same and the price was a lot more reasonable than I expected. Overall, the product is well worth the price, but it does make the iPad heavier and bulkier.

Easy to install. Protects the entire iPad. My child has dropped the iPad several times since my purchase and there has been no malfunctions or scratches due to the drops.

If you want to protect your iPad from dropping it on the floor, this is the solution. Very durable and the back transforms to a stand so you can prop your iPad up.

We have used Otterboxes on a few of our Apple products. With a seven and three year old using our Tablets and phones all day, you will never be worried in doing so. And as a Active Duty Servicemember of 23 years I never worry when I'm in the field. Rough, Tough, but not dangerous, this item is well made and well researched. The plastic kickstand is a hard plastic that will eventually break from drops hence the need for a new purchase. This was a replacement for a 3 year old OB protective case and a good thing the price reduction was only a fraction of the original high price. Price online was cheaper than the instore price so the associate had to do a price match with their own advertisement, but I didn't mind the wait for the nearly 45% savings.

Great case, has survived several drops while keeping ipad safe. It is a little heavy, but worth it for the protection.
