was looking for a case that could withstand the abuse of a 2 year old. this case does the job well. no issues with it yet.

i bought this for my step mom for christmas and she seemed to enjoy it alot.

We have taken the case apart multiple times to try to fix it, but each time we put it back together, the spots appear. It's just where the case and the ipad touch. I was told to try a light dusting with baby powder would help, but that didn't work either. Not happy after spending $100.

I replaced a Life Proof null case with this Ottorbox Defender. The Home button is very difficult to push. This is a surprise as we have the same case on a mini iPad with no issues. I would not recommend this case for elderly or disabled.

put this on my autistic grandsons ipad and he still broke the ipad screen

Does its job pretty well. Assembly is not as easy as it first appears.

Got these for the kids new iPads and was junk. The iPads slipped around and could reach volume or power buttons. Terrible...took back and got the griffin survivor cases which were much better.

This case is a must have for kids. It cleans up great and offers max protection. I have no problem letting my 2 & 3 year old watch movies on it. I love the added screen protector and have not had any problems with the screen protector affecting the video qualitly. I have noticed when the iPad is asleep at the right angle you can see a small rainbow bubble. However once turned on it goes away and the video quality is great. With the protection you do give a little bit up. It is a little bulky and adds a little weight but it is not that noticeable. I didnt get the otterbox for the looks I got it for protection. I read other reviews and someone complained that the magnets on the cover don't put the iPad to sleep. I did also notice this same problem. If you put the added screen cover on upside down it will put the iPad to sleep but not when it is installed right side up. The only way to know that it is upside down is the iPad is right side up and the letters "otterbox" are upside down. But again I didn't buy this case so that when the screen cover is installed it goes to sleep I bought it for protection. All the ports are covered up and are easily accessible. The only thing I didn't like was the price. $99 is a little steep but worth the money. If I had a second iPad I would buy another. If you are looking for protection and quality look no further.

The product is great at first. But then starts tearing and the screen gets nasty and hard to clean. A lot of dirt gets inside of it after a while. Should be sealed better.

Leaks, bad construction has it falling apart after 4 months. Just bought the life ... Brand and it's perfect. Lighter, stronger and waterproof

I should have bought the survivor case for my iPad. It was the same price and was waterproof with insurance on iPad if damaged

Case adds a lot of weight to the ipad. The screen of the ipad shattered after the ipad was accidently dropped from 4' above a wooden floor. Ipad is not covered for repair and the case is broken and has to be shipped back to hopefully be replaced under warranty. I am not happy with this product.
