Protecting your iPad is very important as dropping can shatter the screen. I had that happen and than purchased this case. I will always keep this case in my iPad as it has been dropped several times since and keeps it completely protected. Would say this is a perfect case for any ipad.

It is NOT pink. It is an ugly burgundy color. It also adds a good deal of weight. I exchanged it for black. I would've returned it if I didn't need the protection..

This was a replacement for my first Otterbox, which lasted two years. The box itself never broke but wear, tear, and kids did away with the hinge on the stand. All things considered this is less than a minor complaint. Highly recommended for all tablets and smartphones.

This is a must to protect the Air2 IPad..I purchased 2 of them for the 2 IPads that I gave to my grandchildren. What a great protective case!

As the Mom to a child in the spectrum who drops his iPad multiple times I can clearly say it protects the item perfectly. We have never had any damage to the iPad. When we purchased a new iPad for him as a gift we had to buy a new Otterbox. No other protection package will do!

This OtterBox Defender Case is a great compliment to my iPad Air 2 that I received as a gift from my wife. The protection it has provided has been tremendous as I spent 8 months with it overseas in some austere environments and the iPad keeps working without any problems from damage.

Given the price of an iPad, I elected to get this case. It's a bit of a PITA to place the iPad into the case, however, once you do you're not going to have a need to take it out. I've been using it for a month so far, and the case seems to be doing its job. The screen protection does not take away from the quality of the view, but as a precautionary measure be sure to wipe the screen with an appropriate cleaning pad before you put the device into this case.

I don't think there's a better way to protect iPads than to surround them with the OtterBox. We have four iPads, and two of them are protected by the OtterBox. I have peace of mind when either of my grandsons carries the iPads that are protected in this way around with them.

My iPad case is not to big and it gives me a piece of mind when in the hands of my little sister.

I trust my iPad in this case. Pain to get into as a first time user - had to watch a YouTube video. Also, I made the mistake of purchasing a Zagg Screen Protector- not necessary for this product. It already has a screen protector. Covers up most of the color of the IPad.

My somewhat clumsy husband cannot damage this at all! We do have a bit of a problem fitting the device plus OtterBox into several of the mini-briefcases designed for iPads, but this is a minor inconvenience compared with the sturdiness of the OtterBox.

This is a very sturdy case, which is why I purchased this particular item. It has two separate pieces, which I didn't know before purchasing, but that's okay with me. It just makes it that much better for a clumsy person like me!! The only drawback is the stand to prop the iPad. It only props up in two positions, so that is something for me to get used to. But I have to remember that I purchased this item for the durability of the case, not the stand.

I have always used the Outer box defender on my iPhone and am not disappointed in the iPad case.
