The case seems to do just as its suppose to. If you are someone who is looking for something sleek and light your are looking in the wrong area.

This is a durable case! Perfect for my toddler that is rough with electronics. I love that I can use the base as a prop to watch movies on it.

Provides enough protection at a reasonable price. I use it as a musician in gigs and need to my ipad covered against falls and potential hits

Otterbox is a tough case, this particular one doesn't seem to line up with all of the buttons.

This case is great. A must have to protect your device from accidental damage. The only downfall is that is tough to put together sometimes.

Perfect protection with a 4yr old and 7yr old. We've always bought otterbox for our apple n blackberry products. Wouldn't buy anything else.

This case offers total protection, but it is rather large. I don;t think you could build in this much protection with any smaller case.

Good, sturdy Otterbox protection. I had the equivalent case for my old iPad 2, and knew I needed it for my new iPad Air 2. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it's sometimes difficult to get the face shield off, and to open up the earphone jack cover.

Does exactly what it says it does! I have multiple I-Pads and the Defender takes care of all of them. Never had one break in this case

This is one tough case. We use it daily on a construction job site and it keeps our Ipad new and clean. Its a little bulky, but it is rugged.

No need to review. Great protection for those expensive devices. Will get w every new iPad. Worth the money. And the price match is awesome

Bought this for my wife since she has a habit of dropping things. so far it has worked as described. my wife loves the feel as well.

Cannot easily increase volume button because cover covers most of the button on the Ipad.

The Otterbox defender has protected 3 generation of ipads for me. It has protected against drops from a table to falling out of the car.
