Otterbox products are my go to for expensive device protection. This case is no exception.

If they make it to fit what I have I buy it, done dropped my iPad twice and not a scratch.

Got this to protect wife’s birthday iPad. Had an otterbox on her last one, and she will not use her Apple products until the cover is on. Protected her previous one during a fall out of the truck onto the pavement. They seem pricey until you consider screen replacement cost. This Otterbox for the 5th gen IPad unfortunately only comes in black. I really searched for a colored one like the purple/pink mini case, but no dice. I have one on my IPad too, by the way. They are so sturdy that I won’t consider anything else, and the fact that the screen cover is built in means the Otterbox is all you need.

I love the Otterbox brand. The iPad has been dropped once and it kept it safe and secure.

While getting my ipad i knew i needed to protect it since my son was going to play his games on it. I noticed the otterbox, i was familiar with this product cause i have one for my phone. Fit perfect and have the protection i need just in case it lands on ground.

Got the Otterbox Defender for our daughters new iPad. Does a great job of protecting it.

Brand has given me protection for iphone for years. It seems to do the same for my ipad.

Protects well but bulky and heavy. The case cover doubles as a stand with two different positions which is very useful.

I love otter box. I'm clumsy and I drop stuff so, I have to have something like this case on anything I own that can break if dropped. My only complaint is the little rubber thing you have to pull out to uncover the charging port is a little tough to open

We buy otterbox defense products for my iPad and all 3 of our iPhones. It has been amazing for us. The kids have used my iPad and even I have dropped it a time or two and not a scratch to the iPad itself. IMdid have it charging on the ground once and my glass of water spilled on it. I immediately got the iPad out and dried it off with paper towels but then kept it out for a few days. My friend said she had done the same thing but put right back in and it wouldn’t hold its charge. All we could think is that it needed time to air out the battery. I use a screen protector spray on the iPad screen every now and then but mostly on the screen protector otterbox. They are pricey, but I don’t think another one holds up!

I purchased a new iPad because I shattered my screen on a older generation IPad. This Otterbox case provides great protection. The front of the case comes off and can be used as stand. But this case will provide all the protection you need. You can’t go wrong.
