I have a Defender series for my iPhone and after over 2 years my iPhone is still in great condition. Based on the fact that I will drop the iPad, I want to ensure that it last as long if not longer than my iPad.

I use this at my job out in an oil field, where its dirty, wet, and dangerous - I also use it at home with a 6 and 2 year old. I like that it has a shield that snaps on and it has a stand built into it.

Great for protecting your I-pad but if you use fingerprint identafation it will not work well.

I use otter box on other products and they protect them well from bumps ,drops and falls down side screen will collect dust dirt but good protection

This is a great case for the iPad mini. It protects the screen against dirt and more importantly protects against it falling. My kids drop it on the driveway when they get out of the car and no damage!

I drop things all the time and this case almost bounces my I pad mini back up to me. LOL Easy access to all the buttons and looks great as well.

Bought a pair of these to match the IPad Mini 2's my oldest kids got for Christmas. All of my Apple products in my house are protected by Otterbox Defenders. They are the best in my opinion.

We love the OtterBox Defender series case for our Apple mini iPad because my son loves taking it everywhere & when it slips out of his hands we know it's protected from the fall......

this tablet protector was purchased for a young grand child and I expect the tablet will be dropped a few times, but with this protector, I'm not worried that all will continue to work

Otter box has always been the mother of all cases for me. Love throwing my products as soon as I slip the cases on. Never fails baby!

I've tried other cases for my phone, but nothing is better than Otter Box. The screen is protected without any air pockets inside. The case really holds up to normal wear and tear.

Turns your iPad into a beast but does the job nicely. Wish the stand held the iPad il straight for easier viewing.

The otter box is an excellent accessory for protecting the iPad. It is versatile in that provides a way to securely stand the iPad on its edge for a perfect reading angle.

I use the Otterbox in the cockpit to protect my ipad while flying. It protects very nicely without the bulk and I have not experienced overheating of my ipad since I started using it. It gets banged around and so far it has worked as promised!

I love my otter box! I work with children and this device protects my device from drops and even light liquid drops.

Overall I love the OtterBox defender cases. I bought two of them, one for each child. The cases have saved both of their Ipads from a few falls on the tile floor.

Ottor box is kid proof. Awsome protection! Replacing screens can be expensive.

When I spent $700 on an iPad I immediately bought this to protect my Mini!!!! I am clumsy and I love that I don't have to worry about my iPad breaking!!

iPad + 12 year old son = protective Otterbox case. I am sure it has saved the iPad a few times already..
