We bought this for our iPad mini after we couldn't find a decent cover. It's great protection from small children's tantrums who like to throw items when they get frustrated. It even survived being dropped in a tub full of water. The only negative is the hard case that comes with it makes it difficult to connect to the charger

I purchased this case after my daughter dropped her ipad and shattered the screen. I will only learn this lesson once. The case def wouldve saved me some money.

Bought my sons an iPad mini for Christmas and an Otterbox as a stocking stuffer. Otterbox saved Christmas as my son dropped the iPad on the hard floor from at least 4 feet high. We thought the iPad was done but it was working like a champ. Also makes the thin iPad easier to hold and screen protection is bulletproof. Still slim enough to be carried in moms purse.

I've purchased two of these now for our iPads for our business. I use it every day at work and it gives me a lot of peace of mind that my iPad is well protected. The case has taken a beating but the iPad doesn't have a scratch or dent on it. I personally think the Otterbox is a little clumsy on a phone, but they fit the larger proportions of the iPad well, I think.

My son treats it like he did his leap pad which is not gently!. Had over a month now and holding up well. Glad I got the one with a screen protector.
