Unfortunately, that was not the case for me as I snagged the holster within a few days. After reaching their customer service, another holster was sent under the terms of their warranty.

We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with your case. While our cases protect your ports from dust and other debris, the rest of the case isn't entirely dust-proof.
