Transferred everything with no glitches. Didn't lose anything. Otter box work fantastic. Dropped phone several times, with no dings or problem with the phone. I will return to best buy again for future purchases

It was so easy to install and requires no maintenance, easy to clean. the only downfall, is sometimes (very rare)moisture gets underneath the plastic (on the front cover) and it leaves a ring, but once it dries & evaporates quickly, it's perfect!

There weren't alot of girly options available and I would not use my new phone without a case! The case is durable and has protected my phone well for the past two months. Getting the case off to clean underneath is a nightmare. Ive had to have my husband do it each time for fear of breaking it. The design is really poor and it cannot be removed without wedging a mini screwdriver in the tab on the underneath plastic case. Also, I do not care for the material the outer case is made from. I am a clean freak and very careful about where I set my phone. Even so, the edges have picked up a wearing of the color and I have not been able to clean it off with anything I tried.
