Although we put our products through extensive testing to ensure the best device protection possible, unfortunately, every fall is subject to myriad dynamics and angles, some of which are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our cases, especially if the unit has been compromised after several tough impacts. While our warranty does not extend to the Apple device itself, we would still love to send you a new OtterBox so that you can get off to a fresh start once that phone is repaired.
