Very functional and not to bulky. Necessary for IPhones.

It's an otter box and works well for what I need!!

The belt clip jammed in the open position the first week that I had the case. Of course this makes the clip worthless and I have no idea how to fix it. Also the phone controls are hard to use. For an expensive case I would expect it to work a lot better.

I only had this product for a day when I realized it said IPhone 5. I didn't know it wasn't for the 5c. Still new to the Apple system. I saw blue and "5" and went for it, until it was time to put it on. So I can only rate the reason for buying it.

You can not plug in to standard headphones or car jack ports without buying an extended jack for headphones and car. And can't play on Bose soundoc without removing phone from case.

I like hanging my phone on my belt but the plastic holder breaks too often. The actual case does a good job protecting the phone too bad the holder wasn't stronger

Not very good case otterbox really drop the ball on this one I would look to another company for cases if I was you make me so mad when I have to clean case every other day maybe otterbox will read thus and resign it thanks alot

great case for durability but the screen gets cloudy and cannot be cleaned

Had to return this item because the case covers input ports and requires one to remove case to be able to plug in accessories. The case itself is very sturdy, however.

the warranty lacks any compassion for the product. The belt holder itself is plastic; therefore, the clip breaks and the only way to replace it is to buy a whole new package.

I've always held OtterBox to a higher standard, so when I had a chance to buy one for my iPhone 5s, I was excited to try it out. Turns out, after only a few days, I was regretting my decision to purchase this clip. The material around the supporting body is flimsy and has deteriorated where the rubber meets the clip. The phone is clunky to put back in the "holster", often can't be done on the fly. Honestly, I'm disappointed...but I'm making it work.

Voice is muzzled and constant complaints from everyone on other end if the phone. Apparently this is a known problem.

I'm afraid it will fall apart eventually like my last otter box. It also does not easily allow for things to fit (like chargers, adapters, etc) without taking the phone out of the otter box.

case cracked within first month of having. screen fogs over on phone when talking a leaves moisture under the protective shield.

Overpriced, durability of clip seems cheap. We had three cases for our other I phones and the belt clips broke on all three. As much ad the phone is used there needs to be a better dedign.

Ok, protect the phone, but I have to remove from clip to take pictures. Old clip allowed for pictures a little annoying.

Case works fine but there is a little piece on the bottom that comes loose. Turns out a bunch of my friends have the same case and it happened to them too.

Otter box seems to be a better case than some of the other brands. My only complaint on this was that it didn't have the button protector like my last otter box case.

The outside rubber shell after a short period of time pulls away on the corners. Otterbox no longer offers lifetime replacement for this case.

Since our first iPhone, our family has used otter boxes. Each time one is purchased now, it seems to last less time than before. Disappointed
