I love that the defender does exactly what I need it to do - defend my phone against my mishaps of dropping it, my dogs pawing at it when I come home, and every once in a while, a light drizzle of rain. I'd like the rubber foam would last a bit longer, but having to change my phone case every year or so isn't a hardship, especially when I consider just how much unintentional abuse that I subject it too. it also helps that it comes in colors so I change it up once in a while.

Performs as advertised. Geat fit and seems to protect as I need.

I only purchase Otter Box cases. They are attractive but drop your phone down a flight or two of stairs or on a cement or tiled floor and you will find NO DAMAGE to the phone.. Even purchased them for grandkids for their iPads that I gave them for Christmas. They are hard to remove and sometimes hard to get the icons to open. But would still recommend them.

Easy to install and is a great protector for the phone.

Can't get any more protection than this. Price match it from Amazon and save $15 in stores! Kinda bulky for my taste.

At age 65, I finally forced myself to join "the real world" of i-phone use. Since the phone that I bought is much larger than my old Blackberry (no snickers allowed!), and it's not likely to fit into my pocket, I bought the Otterbox as further protection. I've been using it several months and it has served its purpose well.

I have the defender on all three family iPhones and on all three iPads. All items have suffered drops from 4+ feet and the defender series protected the devices. Under the case they still are like new. I am waiting for the IPhone 6 plus version to come out. I'll buy it the second Best Buy stocks it. Only for those who need serious protection...

I've sworn by the OtterBox brand for years, and I've used it with many brand name phones ie....blackberry,iPhones,Samsung,etc. this case has stood the times with all possible ways of destruction, and I would truly recommend this case to anyone looking for true protection. Thank You OtterBox for your years of service with all of the brand name phones.

It looks great on the iPhone and great protection. The only thing that otterbox needs to work on, is the screen protector.

I bought two one for myself and my son. The cases seem to be indestructible. My son has dropped his phone at least 5 times since the case has been put on and there is no problem with the phone. It saves the screen so no more replacing screens and I would highly recommend this product if your kids have a phone.

The case is not overly bulky. It has protected the phone from a few accidents, thus saving a lot of money in replacements.

I bought this item for my IPhone 5 for I have a bad habit of dropping my phone. So far it has not failed me.
