This case protects very well, i have always used otterbox and never had a problem.

Forget about insurance claims and forget about cracked screens,with this case your investment is well protected from fall, drops slips and slides whatever you want to call it, to fix a cracked screen on everage it cost anywhere from 60 to 100 dollars, why wouldnt you buy this case to protect it? It costs less than that, and sometimes people crack their screens mutiple times on the year, it also protects the phone from scratches and this is only the screen im talking about, the whole entire phone is protected, from dents and all other cosmetic damages, if you want waterproofing I recommend you get the preserver series from otterbox as well, i have multiple cases from otterbox and trust me ever since otterbox i havenot had a damaged phone, plus if you phone is protected it has higher resell value, I am a bouncer and A loss prevention agent so My days can really get crazy, this case has multiple layers of protection.

For me, otter boxes are the only way to go in protecting my devices. Very sturdy.

For the 5S iPhone it met all of my needs - drop protection, full enclosure of the phone, and responsive protective film over the glass. The rubber plugs over the charging port and headphone jack have stood up well and are in very good condition about two months after purchase.

Otterbox are great phone cases. It fits my phone great and offers great protection from scratches and breaks. I have dropped it a few times with this case and the phone has not been damaged. I would recommend this case.
