I believe this is one of the best products out there to protect your iPhone. although I do not usually drop my phone, it is nice to know that if I do drop it, it will be protected. the only thing I do not like is sometimes you have to be very deliberate to operate some features of the phone. For instance, when I go to kill the apps that I am not using, when I slide the app up it does not sense my swipes.

Otterbox Series 41178BBR for the price when i bought has services me well. i have dropped my phone several time and it has been protected from damage, the phone still works. not so good when i come to the dirt, it collects a lot of dirt around the off/on button and the camera area on the front of the case. 0ther than that the product has lived up to its name.

Dust gets under cover and cannot be removed without removing cover. Otter box does protect my phone very well.

I have no worries about inflicting any damage to my phone. Has a built in screen protector. Is well made. The belt clip is easy to access and meets my needs working in a harsh environment.

It seems very sturdy but I was totally surprised when I dropped it and part of the clip on the holster broke after just about 10 days. I did contact the company and their customer service is excellent and did receive a new one within a week of contacting them. Hopefully I won't have any other issues but again, I've only had this product for a few weeks.

This is a great product for work situations. It offers great protection although a bit bulky.

The case isn't the most stylish and not exactly what a preteen would want but much safer than any other case we've gotten him.

Works much better than older models for ipod which the button would stick. This model does not have that problem, it is no slip grip and protects from mild rain/drizzle. My iphone fell out of my pocket onto concrete and it would have broke but the otter box totally saved it with no damage. There were concrete marks were it hit and they wiped off but I know if it was not protected my phone would be ruined.

Great product but the styles are not so modern. Maybe more bright colors and design would help me give it a five star

No screen protector. However, it's ok. Best Buy didn't have much of a selection.

Solid and stout case for the phone. It's an attractive black matte color. My only complaint is that it is bulky.
