It does a reat job in protecting the phone, and has a built-in screen protector so you do not have to add that separately.

Perhaps our Commuter or Symmetry cases would be a better fit for you. They are both slimmer than the Defender but still offer great protection. Check out the links below for more information on those OtterBox products.

This otter box has protected my phone and screen. Even dropping the phone accidentally in water. Completely protected!

Some people like more stylish cases but they don't protect as well. This one is also functional giving you the ability to carry the holster or to not carry the holster. Good buy and worth the money.

Although it's not water proof it will save your phone in every other way. Dropping your phone no longer gives a sinking feeling to wonder if your screen has been destroyed.

My three year old grandson can not harm my phone as long as this case is protecting it. I highly recommend this case to anyone with small children.
