We are genuinely sorry to hear that your iPhone 8 maintained a few severe injuries while under the careful watch of this Defender series! We test our cases extensively to make sure that they meet our high standards or protection, but unfortunately, every drop or fall is subject to a number of different variables, some of which we simply cannot plan for, and we are unable to guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our cases.
While our warranty cannot transfer to the Apple device itself, we would still very much like to send you a new OtterBox to ease the sting, even by just a little.
