Doesn’t seem to fit properly

Sorry to hear that you're feeling slightly apprehensive towards the iPhone 7/8 Defender series! This case actually does not provide any sort of waterproof protection, nor would we recommend submerging it in any liquids. We apologize for any miscommunication surrounding this.
That being said, when the unit is completely enclosed and all ports are sealed, it should be able to keep any dirt and debris away from the phone. This is the first time I’ve had an Otter Box Break within the first week. The inside hard shell broke and the charging port cover snapped off after a few uses.

We returned this case because the finger print tech didn’t work well and neither did the touch screen.
