Disappointed with this expensive case

They do a great job of protecting our expensive devices. This time, however, the Otter Box started to get stretched out on the bottom ends after a few months, making it not fit the way it should. We would expect that to happen after a few years of use, not after a few months. We were extremely disappointed with our purchase and we are not sure if we would buy this product again based on our experience.

Our Otter mechanics would be happy to process a warranty claim for you and send you a replacement so that your iPhone will be protected on the road for a lot longer.
