Can't beat Otterbox, this model is slim enough to slide in/out of your pocket but a bit grippy so it doesn't slide off surfaces, and substantial enough to save your phone. 2 layers, impact absorbing inner case and shatterproof case covers back & sides, buttons covered, sturdy plug seals the headphone jack. No screen cover, but Otterbox makes a tempered glass screen. Have Best Buy apply it - they do an excellent job,.

I would never use any other iPhone case. This is my 3rd phone and I've never had any issues cracks or problems while my phone is in one of these cases. I even drove off with the phone on top of my car and not even a crack when it hit the ground. It's water resistant too, but not water proof... my son can tell you that, he thought he could go swimming with his. However, a spill and a quick wipe down, and the phone was fine.

The Otter Box gives great protection from the elements. Great clip for your belt. My only wish is a cover for the camera lens. The older Otters had a rubberized cover.

Like your typical dad I've always protected my phone with a case. I love the protection but my kids say its to bulky for them. I've never broken a phone and they break there's all the time.

I was trying to find a Otterbox that had a cover to protect the screen. My daughter wanted an Otterbox because of the colors available. A Walmart associate said that no Otterbox comes with a screen cover. I went the extra miles to Best Buy and their customer service was great. Best Buy sold us the Otterbox Defender which has the screen shield included. We love the product, the colors available and our customer service.

This is my third time getting an otterbox with each phone upgrade. The build quality and usability of the case are as good as before. I took away one star because the phone has a little bit of movement in the case. It doesn't affect performance but it could've been engineered better.

I've been using, and recommending otterbox for years. The cases have protect my phones from all kinds of falls and scratches. Integrated screen protector is invaluable. If you're spending hundreds of dollars on a phone this case is essential to protect your investment. Unless you don't mind having dents, scratches, and cracked screens. Some people don't but for everyone else I'd definite recommend an otterbox case.

I had an otterbox for my first Iphone and had to get another one to keep the new phone just as safe. I had 2 otterbox's for my Iphone 4s and it kept it looking brand new and safe from what must have been over a 1000 drops during the 5 years I had my 4s. The only reason I got a new phone was because it just couldn't keep up with today's software, the case still looked pretty good and kept the phone safe and secure.
