Better than not having any protection

So I found it very difficult to get the phone into and out of the case-- no big deal. But somehow the piece of plastic covering the phone got bubbly which made it harder to use the touchscreen. So I had to exchange it for a different Otter Box--and I had to have the store help me get the phone out of it!

Unfortunately, we do not recommend using a separate screen protector with this specific case mainly because there is already a screen protector built into the inner shell. While double layers of protection may sound enticing, it can hinder your touch sensitivity by quite a bit. But the last iPhone 7 plus otterbox case that I bought, I'm so disappointed! The case gets dirty so easily. I take care of my things nicely but this kind of case now, has low quality. I want my money back or change it for a better one.

Told him it was the correct cover. Well, it wasn't. He sold my husband a cover for an iPhone 7. We couldn't figure out why the aux cord wouldn't fit. By the time we figured it out, it was too late to return.

Not so much defending..

I was able to make it work using the blue soft case to hold all the pieces together until I could buy a replacement. Hopefully this doesn't happen again
