case is designed pretty well and does not add to much bulk or weight to my phone. I have already dropped phone several times from a good height and this case protected it every time.

I have been using OtterBox Defender series cases for 5 years. My phone has survived multiple falls and drops, being sat on, etc. the phones always stayed safe and never were impacted.

I bought this for my son and I know with the Otter box his phone is protected. We've had several Otter boxes and we like them better than Lifeproof because you don't need an extension for the headphones.

I bought this case for my 9 year old's first iPhone and it is great. It has withheld countless drops. Def a great buy for a child's phone or even an adult who keeps dropping and cracking their screens.

Friends had told me about this product. When I finally bought a smart phone last month I knew I had to have one as my phones have always been subject to breaking because of the work I do every day.

Fits my iphone 5 like a glove. Not too bulky and adds just enough size to the phone to make it safe and easy to handel.

I enjoy this print but most importantly this is a quality phone protector that has saved my phone from toddler and baby drops, falls from my car, and even small amounts of water.

My husband put this on his phone and it saved his screen from shattering when he dropped the phone off the top of his truck into the road at 40 mph

These are great cases. I have been hard enough on the case to crack it but they protect the phone and otter stands behind the case if it is damaged

We use them for our employees at our landscaping business. The cases hold up well. The holsters don't hold up quite as well. We have to replace broken ones periodically. I recommend this case.

Keeps my phone bouncing off the floors when it happens to fall. Provides astounding protection, just do NOT drop very heavy things onto the case. Like say a dumb bell. Best phone case I've ever had

Otterbox just makes great products. Product is durable is I trust this item on my new iphone. I used to have the Lifeproof case, but needless to say I had to replace my phone with using that case.

Very protective case for my iPhone 5s. OtterBox is the way to go. Love the color. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of the "rainbow" smudging that occurs between the phone display screen and the protective screen cover. You have to take it apart to clean it but it eventually comes back.

I’m personally a huge fan of very simple cases and bumpers but I bought this for my dad since he can’t help but always drop his phone. I imagine this will protect it just right for him. It’s a little bulky and kind of difficult to program the Touch ID with the case.

This case protects your phone well but doesn’t impact using it. (The phone) My phone rolled off a moving car roof and this case was the reason my phone didn’t have a scratch.

I am loving this product so far! I am clumsy and tend to drop my phone every once in a while. This case really saves my phone each time from receiving any damage. My phone still looks like new!!!

A very nice-looking case that was easy to put on and looks great! If you are going to spend so much for a smartphone you might as well get the best case that money can buy.

I'm very active at work and am constantly up and down ladders and scaffolding. I've dropped my phone a few times and it's always come up in tact. I'm a frequent buyer of otter box cases. When I had the iPhone 4 I dropped in the snow and lost it for several months until the melt down happened and someone found it, powered it on and called the number listed. I was amazed when I found it, that it was completely fine and without damaged.

The Otterbox Defender provides very good protection for your valuable iphone at a reasonable price. The front protective screen does not inhibit the touch screen of the iphone in any way, and I have not seen any loss in reception with having the 'phone in the case. It is however quite a bulky case, especially when compared to other popular brands offering this type of protection. The case itself is quite difficult to get into. If you are likely to be taking your 'phone in and out of the case quite often, then this is not the case for you. The button to switch the 'phone to / from silent mode is hidden behind a little flap that is not very convenient. All in all, for the price, it is good buy.
